Le <strong>d\u00e9part<\/strong> du parcours Granfondo \u00e0 Sanremo se fait pr\u00e8s de <strong>Lungomare Salvo d&rsquo;Acquisto, San Remo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 la ville de Sanremo, la course continue sur la route nationale Aurelia, longeant la mer et arrivant \u00e0 la capitale Imperia, compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;Oneglia, un port important et toujours actif dans le commerce de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge, et de Porto Maurizio, dominant la c\u00f4te et la mer Ligure depuis les hauteurs. \u00c0 ce stade, on monte vers la vall\u00e9e de Prino, on passe par Dolcedo, on arrive \u00e0 Pantasina, on d\u00e9passe Vasia et on redescend \u00e0 Imperia pour remonter ensuite au petit hameau de Bellissimi, puis on se dirige vers Civezza.<\/p>\n<p>La Granfondo atteint ensuite San Lorenzo al Mare, une autre ville ligure typique partag\u00e9e entre la colline et la zone c\u00f4ti\u00e8re d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e autour du Rio San Lorenzo. On est de nouveau sur la c\u00f4te, mais pas pour longtemps, et les cyclistes sont accueillis par les mont\u00e9es les plus difficiles de la \u00ab\u00a0Sanremo\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que se trouve Cipressa, qui abrite un centre historique bien pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9lant des coins enchanteurs. Les plantations d&rsquo;oliviers, dont est extrait le pr\u00e9cieux extra vierge, encadrent le village.<\/p>\n<p>On redescend \u00e0 Santo Stefano al Mare, et apr\u00e8s quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres, on commence \u00e0 remonter vers le Terzorio o\u00f9 se trouve le deuxi\u00e8me point de restauration pour continuer en direction de Pompeiana, puis Castellaro. \u00c0 ce stade, on descend \u00e0 Taggia, une commune aux portes de la vall\u00e9e partag\u00e9e entre le centre historique et la charmante station baln\u00e9aire d&rsquo;Arma di Taggia, avec ses plages de sable r\u00e9compens\u00e9es ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par le Pavillon Bleu.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre historique de Taggia est le deuxi\u00e8me plus important de la Ligurie apr\u00e8s celui de G\u00eanes. Nombreuses sont les \u00e9glises qui le pars\u00e8ment, notamment le couvent des P\u00e8res Dominicains, d&rsquo;un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat historique et artistique. \u00c0 noter que les canestrelli de Taggia, d\u00e9licieux cercles de p\u00e2te croquante sal\u00e9e, sont une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion, excellents en tant que collation ou substitut du pain, avec comme ingr\u00e9dient fondamental bien s\u00fbr l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge du territoire.<\/p>\n<p>Le parcours de la Granfondo traversera ensuite Arma di Taggia pour continuer sur la route nationale Aurelia, cette fois en direction de l&rsquo;ouest, en route vers le dernier obstacle, la l\u00e9gende de la Classicissima : le Poggio de Sanremo.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques virages, c&rsquo;est le hameau de Poggio qui r\u00e9compense les efforts des kilom\u00e8tres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Apr\u00e8s ce long voyage \u00e0 travers certains des coins les plus suggestifs de l&rsquo;extr\u00eame ouest de la Ligurie, rien de mieux qu&rsquo;un toast avec un verre de Vermentino frais et un
